Getting started is easy. Simply order an impression kit or book an assessment. That’s it! The journey to your perfect smile has already begun. Remember, we’ll always be there to help you along the journey.
Before you progress with treatment you will be provided with a 3D preview of your teeth after treatment.
After we receive your impressions or scan it will take a few days to create your digital treatment plan. You will then be provided with a 3D preview and once you decide to proceed with treatment, on average, it will take 10 days to receive your aligners.
To ensure that the process happens as quickly, make sure you get your impressions back to us or book your assessment as soon as possible and respond quickly to your treatment plan. If you have any questions contact us.
Unlike most other aligners, SmartSmileCo SuperClear aligners are scalloped. This means they are more comfortable, fit your mouth better and cause less irritation to your gums and cheeks. They are also near invisible while wearing.
Your teeth are designed to fit into each other perfectly. If you move one set of teeth you usually need to move the others as well. If you don’t, they will not align with each other and cause further problems.
SmartSmileCo aligners and retainers use our SuperClear material that are custom-made, lightweight, clear plastic. They are smooth, comfortable, BPA-free and phthalate-free, and are hardly visible. They are shaped to your gum line so won’t not irritate your cheeks and gums like traditional braces or other aligners.

Your SmartSmileCo treatment plan comes with the number of custom aligners that each move your teeth safely, little, by little. You wear each set of aligners for 2 weeks before progressing to your next set until your teeth not only look great but function perfectly as well.

Clear aligners are the new alternative to braces made from BPA-free clear plastic. They are custom made to fit your teeth, gradually moving the position of your teeth to make them straight. Unlike braces, you can remove them and put them back on as you want.
We guarantee your new smile while you continue to care for it. If at any time after your treatment your teeth move out of alignment, we’ll straighten them again at no additional cost. You are required to comply with post treatment care.
During your plan, if your teeth are not moving you’ll be eligible for additional aligners if you:
- Wear your aligners every single day as directed; and
- At the indicated check-in times, upload photos of your teeth while holding them slightly apart and wearing both your aligners and cheek stretcher.
If you are using our SmileSoother product to help your teeth ease into position and reduce any aches, you will also need to use it properly for the prescribed 10 minutes a day, every day.

Yes! Getting the smile you love shouldn’t be hard. This is why you can pay in two easy ways. You may design your own payment schedule (location dependent) or securely pay it all in one easy payment with your credit card or via PayPal.

SmartSmileCo treatment is not appropriate for everyone. If we identify that you are not a suitable candidate for SmartSmileCo treatment you will receive a full refund on your home Impression Kit.

Once you are happy with your treatment plan, you can get started from $1,999, or $31 per fortnight. This is up to 70% less than other clear aligner systems. You will also receive a set of retainers worth $95, absolutely free!

If your aligner breaks contact us immediately and we’ll assess the best course of action.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. There is no maximum age but the older you are the more difficult it is to move your teeth.

Next, either order a home Impression Kit or book an appointment at one of our clinics where we scan your teeth, take photos and carry out an evaluation to determine if you can be treated. SmartSmileCo can treat most conditions. These include closing spaces between teeth, crowding, rotations, and some bite corrections. If we cannot treat your case, we’ll refund you the cost of your home Impression Kit.
Night aligners are simply clear aligners worn at night. They have to be worn for continuously 10 hours a night. Importantly, only minor straightening is appropriate for treatment as major movements with night aligner treatment is difficult to achieve. Treatment is slower than regular clear aligners treatment as they are worn less each day. A challenge many patients experience is remembering to place the aligners in at night as effective night aligner treatment requires consistently.
By only wearing aligners at night the inconvenience and discomfort of clear aligners can be minimised.
While standard clear aligner treatment is significantly more convenient than permanently attached bracers, some people still find clear aligners a hassle to remove while eating or are concerned about being noticed receiving treatment. Additionally, as straightening teeth can be uncomfortable, some are attracted to the option of sleeping through the worst of it.
However, it is not all positive. Treatment is only available for teeth that require minor straightening with only simple movements being consistently achievable, the treatment time can be more than double, and discomfort actually lasts longer as the teeth are moving for a longer period.

It is important that the required treatment prescription of 10 continuous hours of wear every night is consistently followed. If you are likely to forget to wear your aligners before bed, this treatment is probably not appropriate.
Night aligner treatment is only appropriate for simple cases that only require minor straightening.
Night aligners can straighten teeth with at least 10 hours of continuous wear each night but treatment can take more than double the time.
Some people find that night aligner treatment a necessary convenience when standard treatment does not meet their lifestyle and when it is not necessary to achieve results sooner.
Night aligner treatment will take longer than standard clear aligner treatment as night aligners are worn for less time each day. Usually it means your treatment will take 50% longer. While our orthodontist carefully designs your treatment to achieve your desired result, night aligner treatment requires the prescription of 10 continuous hours of wear every night to be followed consistently. If you are likely to forget to wear your aligners before bed, this treatment is probably not appropriate.
