Once you return an Impression Kit or visit a clinic, we use cutting-edge precision technology to assess whether our treatment will suit you. If the orthodontic team assess that they can’t deliver the results you deserve, we’ll refund the full price of the Impression Kit.

If our orthodontic team determines we can’t provide you the treatment plan you deserve, you will be refunded the total cost you paid for your impression kit.

Yes. We convert your impressions into a 3D interactive preview of how your teeth will progress throughout the treatment and what they will finally look like!

The Impression Kit is a comprehensive set of items for you to get it done right. There are 3 sets of impressions for your upper and lower teeth so you will have several attempts. This is more than others provide! To assist, you are provided a comprehensive guide and video guides.

Once you do your first impression, send us images of them and if necessary we will provide you additional guidance on how to provide better impressions of your teeth. If you still have problems after 3 attempts, we’ll send out another kit.

About 10 days. Once we receive your dental impressions and photos, we will send your aligners to you in about 10 days.

Once we receive your impressions and photos you will receive your custom 3D interactive treatment plan in 2 to 3 days.
